- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Bananas sliced
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in sliced bananas.
Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
