- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 Banana mashed
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ cup Honey
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, mashed banana, and honey.
Add oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda to the mixture. Stir well.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
