  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 2 units Bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
