- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Bananas ripe, mashed
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and mashed bananas.
Add oats, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting into bars.
