Pie Crust
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust
Filling
- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and granulated sugar. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth.
Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust. Then pour the cream mixture over the peaches.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
