- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Peaches, sliced
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the sliced peaches gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
