- 1 cup Flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter cold, diced
- 4 Peaches sliced
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold, diced butter and mix until crumbly.
Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
Arrange sliced peaches on top of the crust.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the peaches are tender.
