Peach Raspberry Cobbler Recipe

- 4 cups peaches, sliced fresh or frozen
- 2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, raspberries, and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar. Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the fruit mixture over the batter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
