Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Peach slices (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
