Peach Melba
A classic dessert with peaches, raspberry sauce, and vanilla ice cream.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Peaches halved and pitted
- 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 pint Vanilla ice cream
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the peach halves. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Remove and let cool.
2. In a blender, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the raspberry mixture through a sieve to remove seeds.
4. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each serving dish. Top with a peach half and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
