Filling
- 6 cups sliced peaches fresh or canned
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
