- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups diced peaches fresh or canned
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in milk, peaches, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the oatmeal is creamy and the peaches are tender.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
