- 8 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 cups Peaches sliced, fresh or canned
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
In a skillet, cook the bread slices over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
In a baking dish, layer the cooked bread slices and top with sliced peaches.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the peaches and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the peaches are tender and the top is golden.
