Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Peach preserves

Topping

  • 2 cups Fresh peaches, sliced
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
  4. Swirl peach preserves into the cheesecake batter.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool.
  6. Top with fresh peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Serve chilled.
