Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Peach preserves
Topping
- 2 cups Fresh peaches, sliced
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
Swirl peach preserves into the cheesecake batter.
Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool.
Top with fresh peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Serve chilled.
