Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 cups Peach slices
  • ¼ cup Peach preserves

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Cool the cheesecake, then top with peach slices and peach preserves.
