Peach Blueberry Cobbler
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining fresh peaches and blueberries with a buttery, crumbly topping.

Filling
- 4 cups Peaches, sliced
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Sugar divided
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Topping
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, ½ cup sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until just combined. Pour over fruit mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
