Peach Bars Recipe
Delicious peach bars with a buttery crust and sweet peach filling.

Crust
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
Filling
- 4 cups peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, flour, and sugar to make the crust. Press the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
In another bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract for the filling. Pour over the baked crust.
Bake for another 25 minutes or until the filling is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
