Peach Almond Tart Recipe
A delightful tart made with fresh peaches and a crunchy almond crust.

Crust
- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Ground almonds
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter cold, cut into pieces
- 1 large Egg beaten
Filling
- 4 cups Peaches peeled and sliced
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Almonds sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, ground almonds, and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in beaten egg until dough forms.
Press dough into a tart pan. Arrange peach slices on top of the crust. Sprinkle with sugar and sliced almonds.
Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden and peaches are tender.
Let cool before serving.
