Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Egg Whites at room temperature
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream for topping
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruits for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in vinegar, vanilla extract, and cornstarch.
  5. Spoon mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a circle with a slight indentation in the center.
  6. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
  7. Once cool, top with whipped cream and fresh fruits. Serve immediately.
