Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Rye bread
  • 200 grams Pastrami
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Layer pastrami and Swiss cheese on the bread slices in the skillet.
  5. 5. Spread mustard on the unbuttered side of the remaining bread slices and place them on top of the sandwiches, butter side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
