Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
