Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup Zucchini sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
