- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme)
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the buttermilk until just combined.
Fold in the Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
