  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 250 grams chorizo casings removed
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chorizo and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes. Cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Return the cooked chorizo to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
