- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
