Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
  • 3 tablespoon Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture and vanilla extract until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into serving molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
