  • 2 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 whole Lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side up, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  3. 3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  4. 4. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cooked salmon fillets and serve immediately.
