  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Dill Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Place salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until salmon is cooked through.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well.
