Pan-Seared Salmon with Dill Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Dill Sauce
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Place salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until salmon is cooked through.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well.
5. Serve salmon with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top.
