Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
2. Add vegetable oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until well combined.
3. Gradually add the remaining flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and roll in bread crumbs.
6. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Pan de Sal!
