- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 3 cups almond flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, and melted coconut oil.
Add almond flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
