Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add almond flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
