- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 0.5 cup Fresh Berries
1. In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and honey.
2. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
4. In the morning, top with fresh berries before serving.
