Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
A rich and creamy cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust.

Crust
- 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 12 pieces Oreo cookies chopped
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in sour cream and chopped Oreos.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
