Oreo Cheesecake Cookies
Delicious cookies combining the flavors of Oreo and cheesecake.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 6 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1.5 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2.5 cup All-purpose Flour
- 20 pieces Oreo Cookies crushed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
