Ingredients 

Crust

  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Filling

  • 3 packages Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 12 pieces Oreo cookies chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreos. Pour mixture over crust.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
