Oreo Cheesecake
A rich and creamy cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust.

Crust
- 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Filling
- 3 packages Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 units Eggs
- 12 pieces Oreo cookies chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in chopped Oreos. Pour mixture over crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
