  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the orange mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
