  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • ¼ cup Orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, orange zest, and orange juice.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
