Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and orange zest.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
