- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chopped onions finely chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Add chopped onions and knead until evenly distributed.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
