1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let it cook undisturbed for a minute.
4. Gently lift the edges with a spatula, allowing uncooked eggs to flow underneath.
5. Once the omelette is mostly set, fold it in half and slide it onto a plate.
