Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Pitted olives sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. 2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. 6. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet, dimple the surface with your fingers.
  7. 7. Top with olives, rosemary, and thyme. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
