- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and raisins.
In a small saucepan, heat the honey and peanut butter over low heat until melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the oats and raisins, and stir until well combined.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
