  • ½ cup Brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Lemon curd

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread lemon curd over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the lemon curd.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
