- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup dried figs, chopped
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, figs, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
