Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, pulse toasted hazelnuts and sugar until finely ground.
Add melted butter and pulse until combined.
Press mixture into a tart pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella and heavy cream until smooth.
Pour filling into cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
