Nutella Swirl Pound Cake

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup Nutella warmed slightly
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon half of the Nutella over the batter and swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
