Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add beaten eggs and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella and peanut butter over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
