Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Preferably thick slices
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tablespoon Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. 2. Spread Nutella on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Sandwich two slices of bread together with the Nutella side in the middle.
  4. 4. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides well.
  5. 5. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Serve warm, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of syrup.
