Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Powdered sugar for rolling
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix Nutella, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat them in powdered sugar.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
