- 1 cup Nutella
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the Nutella, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
