Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Nutella and mix until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
